Bussines center Conimpuls investement designed and buildt by us, is the expression of the most modern solutions that our company is using.
The building has one ground floor and 11 stories, 10.000 sqm in total, and it is built as a frame system, generally radial and with a terrace type covering. The exterior closing was made of aluminium walls, curtain-type, the go along the building's sides and have a total area of 5700 sqm.
The interior is parted with light walls made of carton and aluminium, the floor covering is of gritstone (aprox.7000 sq) and moquette, and the false ceilings are a combination of encased and continuous ceilings made of carton-gyps.
By the central air-conditioning installation,there is applied a unique cooling-heating system. The fresh air is introduced by the help of the convector-fan, through the ceiling, and the bad air is evacuated through vertical columns alongside the pillars,by the help of the "fib-air" piping system.
The equipment we use is "Mc Quinn" type and the 0,5 gcal boilers are "Remeha" type.
The electrical installation is placed within the cables from the false ceiling and it consists of; service lightning, presence-sensors lightning, safety lightning.
The building is endowed with parking areas and access areas of 200 sqm. made of self-blocking panels mounted upon concrete platform, underground parking in the basement, green areas, access ramps at the main entrance.
